Additionally, the course was engaging and had extra resources and refresher assessments in between sections to ensure good understanding of the covered topics.

Manual Handling training should be offered on a more regular basis especially for medical personnel to keep their skill level up to date.Overall a very well thought out course that covered all of the elements of safer handling of loads.
It’s Shit in the real world I/we do not work in a office and I/we don’t have time to ask people for a hand. This is just a tick sheet exercises to push blame on to the workers if we injured own self. And there’s no option for dyslexia people.
