Although not really applicable to the funeral industry, houses/flats and in particular cluttered bedrooms you can't always practice safe lifting techniques, a health and safety nightmare, people are also getting larger. Team lifting is also very difficult in these situations as there isn't the room for more than 2 people to do anything.

It is good to have a refresher course every 12 months.
