Very informative and engaging presentation, easy to follow and understand, some very useful tips I will use in everyday activities.

The anatomy sections around how the back and neck work were really useful and interesting. Some of the later sections explaining how to carry loads seemed a little slow and repetitive

Good course, but the multi lift example was poor as two people were clearly carry the bench with their backs twisted, not good practice. They should have put a ople through the table and lifted it the they would have had straight spines.
