This course covered all aspects of Manual Handling and covered all eventualities regarding handling both in work place and even domestic such as taking shopping from the car!
A refresher every 5-10 years would be much better, I think...taking a refresher course every single year is sincere overkill.
I lernt from the course
This was a very simple and comprehensive training program, it was easy to follow and understand. The downloadable PDF's were helpful.
The course helped me to realize the bad habits and lack of thought that I was getting into before attempting a lift. I will now think before lifting and ask for help if the load is too heavy for me. I also appreciate the content of the course about the damage that poor posture and bad lifting habits can affect your back. Very concise and informative
So glad I did it won t hurt my back now hopefully
