A clear, visual explanation about the reasons to do correct manual handling both at work and in out of work situations. Just one comment about the advice not to do manual handling if it can be avoided, because some staff have to carry out this sort of work on a regular basis throughout the day so can not avoid manual handling if it is part of their job description.
Easy to understand step by step instructions
Ok, better to have a day off with sandwiches. Ps lifting together adding then deduct 10 _ stupid who knows how much something weighs , most people cant guess weight.
