too long with too many slides containing non vital information
easy to receive the information, clear & concise. Ample time, enough to retain the information for the questions asked at the end.
As I work on a busy construction site, this training will help me improve my awareness when lifting material, pushing, pulling moving and putting down material.
The body visuals were good. The advice was simple and informed by the visuals.. the power zone. I lift stones for a hobby outside of work. So I can apply the advice, but it is unlikely to be used inside work.

easy to understand , no time pressure informative and user friendly. explanations were clear. video guide to lifting was helpful as sometimes its easier to be "shown" than to verbally explain .
An easy yet informative interesting course. Especially liked how it actually shown the spine movement. It makes you more aware not to twist, also to keep your spine aligned.
A well thought out and well delivered course on all aspects of Manuel handling. I would highly recommend this and their other courses I Have completed online…
