It will prevent injuries
This course is useful for teaching you the basics of manual handling and looking after your back. However the examples are very heavily office based, lifting a box from the floor or at waist height. It doesn't cover things like folding tables safely so you don't hurt your hands or having to bend over to manoeuvre a stack of benches from people working in the catering industry..
