I felt this was better than the previous course i took as it featured more on the human body and some practical demos. I am more inclined to refer to the things i have learned today in my job. Keep it up!

An enjoyable course
Well done guys
The course was straightforward and pleasantly presented at a good speed. My errors were due to momentary lapses of concentration so totally my fault. The purpose of the training was important and provided a welcome reminder of the correct way to move weight without harm.
