This course would be better in person to assess correct manual handling and that staff are confident and vigilant in carrying a load, transporting a load and setting down a load.
It is good for everyone life.
The course was both educational and informative. Straight to the point and very well presented.
It was interesting. The information was clear and well presented, and I found out one or two things I didn't know before. Those animations of the spine and discs were a tad graphic for me! But it certainly got the point across.All in all, it was good and served its purpose well.
Good for providing a useful reminder to check on our posture and stay safe.
