Your course is fine if you work in an office environment and lift empty boxes try putting it into practice working on a shitty building site having to carry a 110v generator around with your employer breathing down your neck to “ GET THE JOB DONE “ in other words the real world!
Totally useless if I lifted like that no chance of getting a day's work done when lifting 30 tonnes in a day
things i didn't know i now know how to do it correctly
Easy and straight forward as always
