I liked the introduction on the spine and thought overall, the advice was clearly explained. I found having to play the next section after 40 secs a little annoying but it was nothing major.

I appreciate that topics need to be covered but the course may be a little too lengthy for those with a short attention span. I also appreciate that it's impossible to cater for every situation and every non-box shaped item/items to be handled but we often receive donations of heavy items, (such as books), in bags with habdles and these can be heavy and awkward to lift so perhaps a short section advising us how to correctly lift these heavy bags would be useful.
