Mostly common sense, but important to understand the potential long-term damage that can be caused to the skeletal structure. I think there should be some questions added so people are more aware of this.
It's easy to slip into bad habits without noticing it, the course made me realise how many I have adopted and I'm making a conscious effort to stop them before there is a long term effect on my back
