This video training was super easy to follow, using diagrams and visual representations of what’s being verbally described to ensure your brain is fully engaged. The little practice questions scattered throughout provide clarity and ensure the trainee is comprehending what’s being said after a certain number of clips. Attention is held well as the training is presented in minute (or so) long clips and can be rewatched at any time.

This training was very Indepth, I learnt a lot about moving and handling and feel confident that if I ever needed to move things in the office, I would be able to without causing myself any injuries.
