The Slides were very informative, it was explained in a very good way and makes you think about your posture and how you lift and move items, both at work and at home.
The 2 presenters were excellent; very clear and kept my attention. The practical demonstrations were also very good. With regard to the assessment, I thought a couple of questions near the end were slightly ambiguous.
Very good, fairly straightforward and a good common sense approach, well put together and not difficult to follow,
