Arranged over 25 slides which the participant can move through at their own pace. Each slide is less than 90 seconds so there's no time for your mind to drift. The information is concise and relevant, with a good distribution of background, theory and practical demonstration. There are questions at various intervals throughout the slides for the participant to answer, which breaks the course up nicely. The multiple-choice questions at the end are fairly straightforward, but you do need to have paid attention to every slide to get them right I think.

I was pleased that I have completed this course as it keeps me aware of manual handling at work and at home.
