Good easy to do
Lots of points are depends on Basic general knowledge but still most of are not using that knowledge but there are few most important key points well presented in this video training which are our back body parts like neck , upper back , lower back, power zone , LITE.
Well laid out sections and flow, with an easy-to-follow and user-friendly interface. Information was kept clear, concise and to the point, backed up with relevant and effective visuals and relayed by presenters who spoke with perfect tone and pace. Recaps on each section were useful, the test featured good UX and the certificate is a nice touch.
Manual handling training needs to be effective and focused and this was delivered in a simple but effective way. The short chunks keep you focused and I enjoyed the graphics.
