These courses are very informative especially as they relate not only to work but everyday activities. I think this is something every company should take the time to do as regards safeguarding their employees

The training was very helpful. The video was enjoyable to watch. I would certainly recommend this training. I feel I learnt lots. I will try and use these skills in my everyday life.
Good to see information about the spine. Even though I had previously done manual handling training I still damaged a disc lifting some furniture. The disc, in the lumbar region, prolapsed a month later whilst getting undressed. I was almost immediately paralysed waist down, requiring emergency surgery(Cauda ~Equina Syndrome). I now have life long problems with nerve damage, pain, bladder/bowel issues and poor mobility requiring a wheelchair at times. I would advise regular repeats of this training to keep it fresh in people's minds. Even using scare tactics may get the point across as the consequences of not doing this correctly should not be underestimated.
