Clear and professional training. Informative but not over wordy. Segmented well so not overwhelming.
The course was very informative
Course is required as part of my job. It is precise and to the point.
Manual handling courses never cover real life situations. just a simple example I can give that has never been answered by this sort of useless course : in a warehouse i have worked they pack all there shipments into a crate, the crate are 94cms high with no drop down sides therefore they can only pack this crate by bending at the waist so how do you pack this and follow manual handling rules? every trainer has avoided answering this simple question or tried to say it is normal but this again shows the separation of those that invent these training courses and the people that actually have to do the work. Manual Handling courses have never been based on real life and seems to have been developed by some gap year student who never experienced lifting anything apart from a box file, it really does seem the Manual handling courses were only ever intended to help employers fight off tribunals rather than anything to do with the health of the employees as they do not actually cover any issues in the workplace.
