The content is very good especially with the use of the videos to demonstrate each section. The dialogue is simple and easy to understand and the questions that are asked to check knowledge and understanding throughout the training is great. I particularly like the test at the end.
Well presented, interesting course.
This course is much too long - better to stick to the 'how to' elements with a really brief overview of 'why', rather than having the biology lesson.
Very well put together course with informative instructors of manual safety handling. The video slides provided a good visual instruction.

Covers all the bases
We have completed a manual handling course in the past in groups of 10 with Mike from stage crew.
On the whole the videos are of a high standard and well thought out with very clear delivery of information. The animated sequences help to explain scenarios but one or two of them are clearly not as professional as the rest and lessen the visual creditability somewhat.
