Good presentation short course, informative.
I liked LITE as when I did my NEBOSH we were taught TILE. I think that LITE is more logical and also makes you relate it back to lifting something.
Thank you for giving me a chance to have a training in manual handling...this will help me to avoid and have an idea on how to Carry things..in good position and to avoid accident...it helps me a lot...good luck and more power
