Thank you for this course - it was quick, thorough and easy to understand. The videos and illustrations were helpful and got the point across well. The language used in the videos was easy to understand. And while the course was thorough it didn't last too long. I was interrupted a couple of times while doing this - was glad I could pause the videos and return to them later.
I am now more aware of how I should left and to pay attention to the environment around me when moving loads both in work and outside.
