It's too bulky
I found this very informative, although i already knew most of it, it's good to revisit and make sure that you are looking after your body.
As one gets older, you can appreciate the benefits of good training, especially relating to the lifting of heavy items. Thank you.
Easy to follow and good simple instructions
This training seemed good in length but included all that seemed necessary
Highlights the dangers of lifting incorrectly and looking after your back in a way that's easy to understand
