well put together, very good information well put a cross.
This training was the excellent, kept my interest throughout and was very easy to follow.
it's too lengthy. the information could be summarised in a few paragraphs to read rather than a 30 minutes video. it's quite interactive which is good but could be a little shorter..
Surprised that the term Slipped Disc was used in section 4, perhaps a slight rewording in that section would get away from the suggestion that the discs slip?
