Nice tips for the future
I do think the course is helpful and gives a good refreshment to the mind and body. I do have an issue. I have a damaged knee and can only bend so far. I had a meeting with the area manager about another issue but she brought up the subject of my knee and told me they think i am playing on it. That makes me feel negative about what i am trying to do for the charity. Instead of a positive attitude.
Very good course down to earth information not boring or too technical. Gets the points across very well to stay safe.
