A good course, covering a range of different situations that could occur during anybodys normal working or home life.
Very codescending in presentation. A few less silly smiles and a bit more realism. It would have more impact if your demonstration loads actually had some weight. Also practice what you preach. When adjusting the load on the trolly your presenter should bend the knees with a straight back to move it, not bend at the waist and give it a shove. This is supposed to be a load not an empty cardboard box. Also when moving the bench, let us hear her organising the lift command " I will say 'one two three lift, and we lift together on lift' we put it down again on 'one two three down' and lower on down". Also when they have lifted before moving off let us hear her check eveyone is ok before giving the command to move. Someone might not be comfortable with their grip or position.
