Always worth refreshing what you think you know - a useful reminder of where I forget to take the proper steps.....And really good that the W & L has set this up for volunteers.
Simple and clear instructions to Manual Handling.
It covered all aspects of Manual Handling and reset the brain to do things correctly. The visual demonstrations were really good too taking us step by step through each scenario
