The training was professional, very clearly explained and well presented. Breaking the training into 'bitesize' segments made for easier understanding. All in all a very well thought out, useful and 'user friendly' presentation.

The course consists of information and lessons about physical health and how to be able to take care of yourself while being effective on working on jobs with manual handling scope. It has very helpful tips on how to properly look after your physical well being while dealing with challenging tasks. I personally love the part where I learned a lot about my back and how amazing it is to be able to do such actions with the right posture and stand.
Made easy to remember with good explanations and key words.
I found this course could have been more in depth on patient care - moving and equipment aids used
straight forward and detailed training which is easy to understand in a practical way
A great reminder of how amazing the human body is and how important it is to look after it to allow it
