Starting with the mechanics of the human body and spine you are taken through the elements of manual handing in a series of short videos that focus on specific aspects of the process, which allows you to understand the separate elements that come together to enable you to lift and move items with greater personal safety and decreased personal risk. Well presented and well paced to allow for understanding and (hopefully) the adoption of the approach taken to manual handling.
Always need a refresher like this course.
