As an 80 year old, I thought I knew it all, but to be honest, it was most informative and will come in very useful in my day to day activities. I also liked the graphics and the nuts and bolts of the spine. Having, about 25 years ago, hurt my back lifting a parcel off the ground, whilst sat on an office chair, I KNOW about back pain . It HURTS!!!
A very easy to follow course, most of what I knew, and some that I didn’t, for instance, the difference between a ligaments and tendons. Should’ve worked harder at school!
Information on manual handling weight limits and manual handling on different levels Eg on stairs/ladders would be good. Also information on what an employer can expect an employee to lift
