Very good course,learnt many things,it was explained and was easy to understand.
Had done manual handling course before but, glad I did it again because I was a bit rusty. So it was worth doing again to keep it fresh in my mind.
Some of the points covered in this thorough course I was aware of, others offered a memory refresher. The quiz at the end ensured that the content learned, has been obsorbed.
More people should do this training to reduce injuries.
The online manual handling course was informative and clear. It definitely made me think about how the body reacts and copes with the physical handling of weights and lifting. Thank you
