a very good refresher course with some useful tips
Interesting and some good points
I have done this course before - there should be either a more brief and snappy refresher course or preferably an initial test to assess whether it's necessary to even complete the course
Course is easy to follow and very clear to understand. My only concern is the first question which I got wrong as I answered it from a personal experience when I injured my lower back, not from habitual bad habits, but from a one off shared sideways lift.
