Really interesting and to refresh what we think we already know and are educated about. Interesting facts about the team total weight lift and the neutral sitting and relaxing positions. Liked that I could relate to non work situation too. A good course.

This Manual Handling Training helps us to understand on how we will work with our bodies to be able to avoid injuries during operations in warehouses/office or outside of work. Thank you so much for this wonderful training and hoping to get more trainings like this cause in here we can assure that we are on one page doing are work properly and having safe environment and working skills.
I found that it was a good course, very informative and interesting. Nice to be refreshed on this and you do tend to forget certain things.
