In this course, I have learnt that Manual Handling help reduce back pain and back injury. Also Never Hesitate to Ask for Help. I have gain the knowledge on how to lift things safely.
Great to have further reading available.
Really interesting and to refresh what we think we already know and are educated about. Interesting facts about the team total weight lift and the neutral sitting and relaxing positions. Liked that I could relate to non work situation too. A good course.
I thought a couple of the test questions were misleading.
