I have lost count of the manual handling courses I have attended or taken in nearly thirty years. At least they are on line now and I can fast forward the video ! Easier to do than with a live trainer. Covered manual handling well, the guy in the video was just the right side of patronising. Seriously I understand the importance of training, but I do find them "samey" and get jaded when I have to take them again.
