I have done naual handeling in the past, these were good reminders, and informative.
I had taken L & H courses at work - and organised them - it is of particular interest as I have a vulnerable back due to an injury as a toddler - possible linked to scarlet fever. Following these rules has helped to minimise, successfully, the back pain which resulted from this injury. Thanks for the updated tips displayed in these videos.
