A good Reminder on the correct
I see fellow workers carrying and moving equipment in totally the wrong way and their co-workers are in close proximity. This is very dangerous for all involved. It feels wrong to ‘shout out’, comment about this at the time but, what do I do?

Specifically when discussing team lifting, rather than detailing what to do when needing a larger team of people to lift it said to avoid using teams of 4 or more which is usually unavoidable when dealing with large cases.
very good video Training, very easy to understand.
Love the images - makes is simpler to see how you should perform tasks and what effect it has on our body if you dont do the manual handling properly.
