Good, useful information but some of it will not be easy to apply in my work, such as when six of the female chorus lifted a principal artist weighing over 100kgs in Macbeth. I also have no choice of clothing or shoes on stage.

It’s scary this should be a program for basic schools not tradesmen
As I do a lot of lifting I found the course very enlightening
Simple to follow. Clear instruction with good amount of repetition. Each section was a good amount of time to keep attention and deliver message.
Straight forward and easy to use system

It’s always good to consider how we do things. Handling and carrying things must be the most common of all the work that we do, even at home supposedly at leisure.
