I have done a lot of manual handling courses over the years and this has to the only one I have found to actually not be boring. Lots of good info here, great presentation and short clip with small steps that move quickly enough to keep you engaged. The questions at the end were well created to see if you paid attention. A thousand times than the tired looking manual handling guys that visit work leaving us feeling sleepy after a course.
