Content on the course was good, actual physical training seems to be a thing of the past but over the years you do assess on site and if in doubt stop and ask
I loved it. Even though I had done manual handling training a number of times, it was refreshing. Well-done!
Things could be more concise.
It is always a good reminder to think how to tackle a manual handling task and think of the best way to lift as we complete manual handling tasks in our personal lives as well as at work.
