LEARNT A FEW THINGS I DIDNT ALREADY KNOW ,SO INTERESTING
One of the better boiler plate H&S trainings I have done in my time, I am glad that the pre-amble took time to review why we would want to use the methods outlined and linked it back to the MSD's and other risks associated with poor manual handling techniques. This helped me to understand why these methods would help prevent the risk of injury while carrying out manual handling. Nice work!
Highlights the important and obvious risk when manual handling. The measures to reduce risk are often overlooked when carrying out what appears to be a simple task of moving an object or anything else for that matter. It is important to remember the back is probably the weakest part of the human body, and if we damage our back our life as we know it is over.
