Very good , making you aware of your body and lifting techniques .
Possibly as I have completed similar training previously, I thought some of the instructions were unnecessary. Felt much of it was common sense!
This is a very well thought out presentation, delivered very well too. Although comparatively little of the content relates directly to my volunteer role in the organisation, I did learn some valuable things which I can use in my daily life as well. I liked the depiction of the human skeleton and the way in which vital information was set out clearly and directly by personable and professional presenters. It was pitched just right - neither patronising nor over-complicated.
I found the manual handling explained things you don't know about. It was easy to understand.
