This course gives a good basic view of how to work safely and look after your self at all times , it was clear and easy to understand

I have done a few manual handling courses and i found this video especially the skeletal slides excellent and message clear and helpfull.
I would also would maybe have done some practical tasks of carrying everyday items including heavy lifting and be assessed and given feedback. I really enjoyed the course and it was very accessible for me.

Think videos should not be in soo many parts,
Very easy simple explanations of how to go the best way about manual handling. A suggestion would be that the course suggests practising at certain points of the video so the learner gets a better idea of how to lift etc
