I was expecting this to be boring but I found it useful and well paced.
The Manual Handling training course was really easy to understand and complete online. I definitely did learn a few things I never thought of when carrying loads and how to handle manual handling. Wouldn't have even thought 'Shopping' was classed as manual handling.
Was informative but a bit on the long side - too many slides
Excellent course easy to navigate through the course. Lifting lowering and transporting of a load manually or with the use of a pallet truck or sack barrow.
