I found this course very informative. There were some things I already knew such as always bend from the knees but I also learned some new things such as team lifts and how to work our how much a team can lift safely.
A good insight to the workings of the human skeleton, majority of the techniques are common sense but for someone who has never done any manual handling a very good introduction
