Well delivered, comprehensive, including content and imagery. First manual handling course I have ever done than focuses part of the content on team lifting, which in many industries is the norm rather than the exception. Great test at the end with clearly asked questions requiring a single response. Questions were clear and not designed to trip people up in how they were formulated. This is significant when it comes to people passing or failing.

I found the course easy to use and navigate as well as being useful and informative. Most of the information I think I knew but it was useful to have a reminder and for it to be re-enforced. The LITE system/routine was new to me and hopefully will help.

Although it felt long some of the information I did not realize before such as team manual handling.
A very interesting and informative training session in easy segments and not too long so you don’t feel your mind wandering or being bored, straight to the point . Job done and I will certainly be reviewing how I approach lifting objects in the future
This is a very worthwhile course, as you can tend to relax on the seriousness of handling things correctly , so this reinforces the importance of the way you carry out tasks.
