A bit basic, having to repeat this course every 1 to 2 years is of no merit to me
I enjoyed this course. I was born into the building trade, worked in it as a boy, teenager, and adult, and I have a lifetime gym habit. The information in this course is clear, concise, and informative, and it reinforces what I was taught and have practiced in my working life.
