Small videos and a presenter make the learning material easier to remember and absorb.
As someone that has a back injury since 1997 I feel that this is a great course to cover all the main points needed to reduce teh risks.
Very comprehensible course, provided lots of useful information. Like the bitesize chunks that the course is broken down into. Liked the information that showed the mechanics of the back and how poor manual handling can have an impact on your long term health.
