I don't know how other people see this, but I learned nothing new and found the information very trivial yet presented as something complicated and revolutionary. I did not feel like that was time well spend.
Emphasised daily impact of moving in everyday life, long term harm. Useful detail that spinal discs don't have many nerve endings so you don't feel wear until too late. Low blood flow means healing takes months. Think a small training course could be done more frequently on top of what is provided to poke
