Everything was ok
I found some information really useful. However the course felt quite repetative. Other bits I felt needed more reinforcement - e.g. put down the load by bending knees. Also how to communicate when lifting e.g. ready, brace, lift or do you count 1,2,3,lift or lift on 3 - those things need real clarity and agreement before lifting and wasn't covered in sufficient detail for me. Also when you check your load on the trolley, bend at the knees not the waist to do it!
