Excellent course, clear instructions, very useful information.
This is a good exercise as it is very informative and highlights how to avoid injury at work or at home to the back and how to keep a good posture whilst doing this. Also knowing how to lift heavy goods in a safe manner can prevent accidents in every day life and at work.

It seemed to miss key thing - how best to lift something - ie off floor
